The Building
The church building or Fabric is looked after by a dedicated team of volunteers led by The Fabric Committee. The Fabric Committee organise Maintenance Days during the year when tasks which would normally go unnoticed, are tackled ‘head on’. Such tasks include clearing gutters and drains, painting, conducting general repairs etc. which if left untouched, could ultimately cause damage to the church fabric itself.
In recent months the PCC has worked with FODAS to undertake major repairs to the church roof, stonework and reinstating the flag pole. Future projects include upgrades to the lighting and heating systems.
